For international orders, we will refund the product price less 20% restocking fee (10% for US orders). If your order was confiscated by your government, you will not get a refund on your order. No refunds on opened, unsealed, damaged, or partially used products. Items have to be in their original manufacturer packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Refunds are only given within 30 days of purchase date and should accompany the original receipt. You must notify us through e-mail requesting a refund and we will answer you back with a refund confirmation code. All shipping charges on refunds will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. Shipping the wrong product or size). If we shipped you the wrong product, we will correct the mistake and re-ship you what you ordered. If the item was unavailable, then we will issue a full refund including all shipping expenses based on UPS GROUND charges ONLY. If the item was available and you decide you do not want it anymore, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item and not for the shipping and handling fees. Restocking Fees: For orders sent to addresses in the United States, we will refund your order less 10% restocking and handling fees. For international orders, we will refund your order less 20% restocking and handling fees. Original Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded. In addition, please note that since we process your order immediately after you place it, canceling your order (even prior to shipping) still subjects 1st Nutrition to unnecessary credit card cancellation fees (2.5% of total).
